Deleting playlist on USB?

The thing is I had two progressive house playlist on my USB . One playlist was titled progressive house the other one said progressive House 1.so basically progressive house 1 playlist wass one was the the playlist I use which had way more songs than the regular progressive House playlist. Progressive House 1 contained 1487 songs and progressive house had 1,077. from what I remember I think I dragged in all the songs from the first folder to the progressive House 1 playlist. My question is if I erased the regular progressive house folder, does it erase the songs on my USB and Ion my computer or just erase the tracks from the USB playlist but the track still stay on the Usb?
