recordbox 4.3 static when I record my mix with cdj2000nexus & djm900nexus

okay so when I dj, I dont have any issues with anything, perfect. But when I went to record my mix and some edits I'm getting static in it? I tried changing from -10db to -15db even -19db in the djm setting before you launch rekordbox when you connect, and thats helped with less static but its still there. I'm not redlining individual channels, nor the master even tho that doesnt matter. the level is not hitting red in rekordbox either when I record. I literally have no clue what to do, very irritating, and I am not sure if this has to do with me having windows 10 and rekordbox having some issues with it but that doesn't make much sense either, PLEASE HELP :(
