Frustrated Customer!...NO answer to questions....

So, what's the best way to get questions answered?  I've had a post on here for over two weeks, and not a peep from Pioneer.  I was hoping for some guidance from Pioneer but I haven't gotten a response.   

My questions didn't seem out of reach, or unreasonable.  Are there questions more important than others?  Is this forum just for technical issues?  As I said before, as a customer who just dropped tons of cash on a DDJ RZ, and Rekorbox, I would hope to get some answers.  In the end, forum users are customers since every product in question on this forum, more often than not, are Pioneer products.  Thank you.
