What date is the Plus Pack subscription available from? In the UK?

I would like to know when the rekordbox plus pack month-to-month subscription begins? Some articles I have read say it starts on the 1st December but it is not yet live? Also, is it going to be available for people in the UK? Thanks

@Michael > The rekordbox.com website says "Available December" but we don't know when in December ... could be mid / end of the month. Sorry!
