Loop Move Quantize Issue?

I'm not sure of the best way to describe this, and correct me if I've missed something, but here goes...

When I have a loop running, and use SHIFT > MOVE LOOP on my DDJ-RZ, the loop doesn't stay quantized in time with the other deck, even though I have SYNC and QUANTIZE both enabled.

What I want to be able to do (for example) is set an 8 bar loop and then move it a couple phrases back in the song and have it stay locked in time. So if I have the loop running and click MOVE LOOP on bar 3 of the loop, I want it to pick up on the appropriate bar of the new loop... if that makes sense?

I should note that I am a new Rekordbox DJ user who's migrated over from Traktor, and this is how Traktor's loop move works.
