Restart

For the past two weeks every time I use my DDJ SX 2 it resstarts while I am using it.This happens after I have been playing for about 2=3 hours.I have placed this problem here before and have had no response.Pioneer keeps changing status to solved but it is not solved.I am totally frustrated at this point.I have spoken to customer service and have recieved very little advice.Can soeone please HELP!!
