[CLOSED] DDJ Wego / Laptop problems

i recently purchesed the Pioneer Wego-R XE5 console and i have a major problem with it. i try to connect it to my Sony Vaio laptop (VPCX11S1E) and the q master button does not work at all and as a result I'm not getting audio from both head phones and master volume (i am getting sound only from the laptop's speakers and cannot mix my music). i use Virtual DJ and win 7.

Please help me!!!
