Starting 1/4 Loop Getting Help Me.
Macbook Pro Model 2011 Late Intel i5 2.3 ghz 8 gb Ram 250 Gb Samsung Evo Ssd Harddisk.

Press the VINYL MODE button. The reason it does that is you're in CDJ mode, and in that mode it uses a "stutter cue" where it loops 1 frame of audio (1/74th of a second) to assist the DJ in locating their cue point. That used to be the only option before vinyl mode "scrub cue" became available.
