Specific technicalities needed for tango DJing

HI, I'm new to rekordbox, and not very technical. I'm starting an alternative tango night, and the venue uses Rekordbox. I need to do two specific things. be able to have about 5 second gaos between tracks so the dancers can pause, and create 'cortinas'curtains of about 45 seconds of non rlated music that i can put every 3 tracks (Tango dancers dance 3 tracks of one style with a partner, then change partner) I've been told how to do that on garageband, but only works on mac related, and would be easier anywayif i cna do it direclty on Rekordbox. It would be good to be able to set up pauses between the tracks so i don't have to sit there all the time 'creating' pauses , and could go and dance to the playlist. Any help much appreciated!
