[SOLVED] DDJ Ergo K not working well with Traktor Pro 2. Why?

I've recently just bought DDJ Ergo K and I've upgraded it from Traktor LE 2 to Traktor Pro 2. But after I activate my Traktor Pro 2 and I start it, I can't seems to be using the Hot Cues buttons on the DDJ Ergo K, same goes to the Sampler Buttons. There are still other dials and buttons that is not working well. I've tried researching online and totally get no answers, I've also tried to update the firmware of the DDJ Ergo K which is 1.20 and also I am holding the latest version of Traktor Pro 2 which is the v2.5.1. According the the Setup Wizard, I've also out DDJ Ergo LE and everything in the settings was set correctly as I followed the manual, can you all please tell me what is wrong? If not I really feels that I spent a bomb on the Ergo and totally have wasted it. I've tried with Serato DJ Intro and everything works fine.

I have the same problem. The Gain and Pitch are not working after loading a new track. My workarround is back to zero point with gain en pitch and then move the gain / pitch to the correct level..

please pioneer fix this problem.

hi ...first of all sorry for my bad english but i'm bringing news for the sample / and the hot cue buttons....if you want them work you have to plug your ergo-k to your computer and switch it on before you click on traktor... you first switch on the ergo-k and then you launch traktor... it worked for me...maybe give a try

I also have the same problem with my Ergo-K & Traktor Pro 2. I got my Ergo a few weeks ago and was using the Traktor LE 2 software that the controller came with, not knowing that only half of my controller would work with this software i then had to buy Traktor Pro 2 which cost me an extra £67 on top of the £429 for the controller and i had know choice but to do this in order to actually get full use out of my product!

Everytime i launch Traktor Pro 2 with my Ergo and load a track to either A or B it takes its time to load & when it finally has done it tends to lag during the song, sometimes even stopping completely. Also when i press the play/pause button it sometimes doesnt register straight away.

I'd highly appreciate it if you could help me with this problem, as i don't want to feel that ive wasted a lot of money on the controller & then an extra £67 to actually get full use out of it. Ps when i used my controller on Traktor LE 2 it worked perfectly with no problems.
