[OPEN] Problem with Tempo Control - DDJ SX
I just got a DDJ SX controller, and I'm having a really weird frustrating problem. When I move the pitch controller into the + (increase) nothing happens, and then when I move the pitch control to the - (decrease) it doesn't do anything, then it gets faster. I'm about to return it unless I can get some help!

Do / did you have sync enabled?
I've got a quite similar problem. The left deck tempo fader on my ddj sx works fine, but the right one only increases speed, not decreases. It's like only half of the fader is working.
Any ideas?
@Al > It's entirely possible the fader is malfunctioning; you could test it with a MIDI monitoring application, either MIDI-OX (Windows) or MIDI Monitor (Mac). Both are free and will tell you if the hardware itself has failed and is no longer sending signal to your computer or if something else is going on.
