Hi, 

I've bought a new DDJ400 rekordbox and I have a license key - I've now subscribed for the Crative membership but I have not seen any options or location to type in my new license key so that I don't get chagred for the subscription. 

Please can someone help.

Hi Ben,

No license key is required with a subscription or hardware unlock with rekordbox 6. If you've subscribed to the Creative plan, you simply login to your account under the MY PAGE panel.

If you want to unsubscribe, you will need to login to your account at rekordbox.com and manage your subscription through your account there.
