Waveform blurry and Glitchy

Just downloaded Rekordbox on my new laptop. The new laptop is the exact same model as my old one, however, when I load tracks into Rekordbox, the waveform is very blurry and stutters a lot. I have tried multiple settings, re-installed Rekordbox, and restarted the app numerous times and I still can't get it to work properly. Please help out as I am struggling to play with it and don't want this issue to happen when performing.
