[CLOSED] Ddj sx right platter only responding to touch vinyl mode and pitch bending in responsive.
Title says it all any have any ideas how to fix this or just sending it in for service. Unit is only 3 months old. I having to use sync all night because I couldn't pitch bend very frustrating. I read a couple other similar issues and it seems replacement was the only way just checking if I may have missed something.

@Mike > Have you tried gounding the unit / adjusting the sensitivity of the platter response etc? Is your firmware and software up to date?
