The mixer has a 1 year warranty. Please contact your nearest authorized service center to have your unit repaired under the warranty.
should have a 1yr manufacturer warranty. Its astonishing that the fader stems on these are snapping on such a new mixer! This is becoming a more frequent issue for us S9 owners. There seems to be a serious design issue here for this to happen.
Thing is tho - will replacing it with a new one actually fix the root cause?? Or will the same thing happen again? I notice on mine the fader stem is very close to the faceplate - perhaps this is what is causing them to break?
I really hope Pioneer sort out this issue.
