If i have 2 xdj 1000 mk2 and a mixer djm 750 mk2, can a send midi clock o midi bpm to a DrumMachine?

Yes, but as the 750MK2 only has MIDI over USB, you'd need a device like this to act as a host and convert the MIDI signal for the drum machine.
