[SOLVED] Which is best? Using the sound card from CDJ-2000 Nexus or DJM-900 Nexus for Traktor?
Hello Pioneer (Pulse),
I have both the DJM-900 and CDJ-2000 Nexus. When I use traktor am i better off aggregating the CDJ's and using the sound cards in those (Max of 48000kHz) or using the Sound card in the DJM (using is at 96000 kHz)? I want to use the highest rate possible since most of my collection are AIFF and I do hear a difference when switching between the two.
Do the CDJ's when connected using MIDI (using the sound card in the DJM, not aggregating) utilise HID? Or will i get a better response with the CDJ's when they are the sound cards, aggregated?

@Martin > You're on Mac, right?
Hello Gavin,
Yep on a mac. Tho don't know if that makes a difference? All I really want to know is if the CDJs are still functioning in HID rather than midi when I'm using the sound card in the mixer?
Cheers!
Yep, they are!
