Hi guys,

I've had my SR for a month or so now and it's just gone weird on me. I'm fairly new to Pioneer products so I apologise if i'm being stupid.

I just went into Serato to have a mix and when I sync my right deck, it automatically changes from deck 2 to deck 4.. if I continue to press sync it cycles through all the options in Serato (FX, sampler etc.)

Never had this issue before and I can't work out what i've done to change this... any ideas?

I only have 2 decks selected on Serato and I only want 2..

This sounds almost as if it's receiving incorrect signal from the controller or the controller is sending the wrong button-press. Have you recently updated the firmware or software? Are you using the latest versions of the firmware and Serato DJ?

I'm having the same exact problem. It started yesterday so I updated all the firmware and I'm still having the problem

@Davidd > Are you using the external power supply, or is the SR being bus-powered?
