Rekordbox 2.2.4 - Please verify that you have the write-permission in the folder

I have reformatted my PC (Win7) and I did not back up my Rekordbox prior to the reformat. 

I have copied my last backup which was using Rekordbox 1.5.2 datafiles to the roaming file of the new install

When i try to add tracks to the collection I am getting an error saying

"rekordbox can not create the analysis file in the folder you specified in the Preferences.

Please verify that you have the write-permission in the folder."

Can someone please advise on how to fix this Error OR how i can rebuild my database from my USB Stick.
