Pioneer DJM 2000 Master XLR is much lower than Phono Master iutput

Hi All,

I have a DJM 2000. The problem I have or want to find out is that 

The Volume Level coming from the Master XLR Output is substantially lower than the Master Phono Output. This is using the same test tone to test both with all trims and eq the same also,

Any advice would be of great help.
