XDJ-RX button/decks lights not working in mixer mode

I have powered on my XDJ-RX and found that none of the lights on the decks are working in mixer mode. Whether from a USB or link cable with Rekordbox. All buttons/fx work as expected there are just no lights.

I have just upgraded to the latest firmware version and the issue persists. I have also tried plugging it in to a different wall socket. 

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the videos - this is a hardware failure (like a short caused by a failed LED or button); please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and repaired.
