Rekordbox download hanging.

Hi guys,

OK, got a new laptop (Windows 8.1) and need to get Rekordbox on there. I have tried over the past 24 hours to download it using both IE11 and Firefox, a random amount of data downloads then it just hangs. So I switched to my old laptop and tried there using Firefox, same thing is happening. I have never had an issue with the old laptop downloading anything. Granted, the new one is new so I wondered if it was a firewall issue etc, but as I can't download from the old one I'm wondering is it an issue with Pioneers servers?
