Problem with DDJ WEGO Music Stop after BackSpin when track stil play

Hi friends. I buy my DDJ WEGO just 2,3 weeks ago and i buy a Virtual DJ PRO 7.4

Everything is working just great BUT:

When the track is still playing i turn my JogWhell BACKWARDS - it make a little scratch BUT THE MUSIC STOP AND BEGIN AGAIN AFTER 2 seconds.

My LapTop is better than reccommanded requirements

Use Windows 8.

Please - any ideas ???
