usage of SanDisk Ultra Flair USB 3.0 16GB Flash Memory Pen Drive Thumb Stick
hello,
last year i bought 2 xdj-700' s to use in export mode.
I chose to work with SanDisk Ultra Flair USB 3.0 16GB Flash Memory Pen Drive Thumb Stick. Everything works just fine. However, last night i had to insert the stick twice before it was recognized by the xdj-700. To be clear: it still works with both players.
I only want to ask you if it is recommended to play with this type of usb. I'm talking hardware (the connection metal is on the inside of the usb stick).
kind regards

If it's just that one player, then it's likely the player -- it could be the port, the connection, mainboard... any number of things. I'd recommend you contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the problematic XDJ-700 inspected and/or serviced.
Does that happen regularly? Did it only occur with one of the two players? It's possible that there is an issue with the contacts of either the player USB port, or the USB drive itself -- or that the USB drive is having issues. You may try formatting the drive and re-exporting if this persists.
it happend only once with one of the players.
thanks for the info
