DJM 750 mk2 external mixer recording sound problem traktor pro
Hi
I recorded a mix the other day using traktor scratch pro and just a traktor X1 mk 2 with DJM 750 mk2 as sound card external mixer with macbook pro 16gig ram
At around 50 minutes the recording starts crackling / distorted
I had the latency at 512
There were no issues with the sound quality through the speakers or headphones it was just the recording that sounded bad
Any ideas

When those kind of audio glitches occur, it's typically because system resources have become depleted. You may have an application running which has a memory leak; consuming more and more memory as it continues to run. I'd suggest trying to replicate the situation and open the task monitor to see if that's the case, or to see if other applications / background tasks are running and taking resources.
Start by disabling any backgrounded software, 3rd-party security / antivirus applications, drive indexing or search indexing, etc.
