Rekordbox Video unlock XDJ XZ

According to Pioneer and Rekordbox, the XDJ XZ should allow access to rekordbox video as it is part of the unlocked creative plan, however when I enable video, it says I don't have the plan while having my XZ connected. Do I have to buy a separate plan when my board already unlocks it? Is there a possible connection issue/ firmware issue I don't know about?

I keep my laptop around specifically for video.
