CDJ2000nxs2 firmware malfuctio
I copy and pasted what someone else had said because I am having the exact same issue. Just happened out if no where I recently just got 4 CDJ2000NXS2S. 2 new and 2 b stock. Not sure if the unit having the issue is new or the b stock. I've only had them for a few months.
Here's the issue below!
Everything works fine until you load up a track. It will only load to the middle of the track and the play and cue buttons do not function properly. Non of the touch screen guide works properly either. When you press anything it just moves the track foward a couple seconds. I just updated the firmware to 1.83 and the problem still persist. My other cdj2000nxs2 is working perfectly. What do I do?

@Roberto > Does it happen when the USB drive is connected directly to that player, or only when over a link?
I believe both cause it to do this.
Could you please take a video of this happening so we can pass it to our engineering team?
Yes of course when I get a chance. How would I send it to you?
YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer... any of the above.
Google drive works for me I just uploaded it.

Any update on this?
Meant to reply and tell you that you've got that file restricted; please set it to public.
Fixed! You should be able to view it now! Let me know if it works.
Update? Did it work?
Got the video -- thank you. It looks like the track is loading and automatically going into the Needle Countdown mode.
What firmware version is on the player? I couldn't quite make it out at the start of the video, but it didn't look to be 1.85; please download and update it here and see if the problem continues.
I just updated it. The problem is still happening! What should I do?
Any update on what i should do about this issue? Is there another update or should i send it in to get fixed?
If the firmware update did not resolve the issue, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
