DDJ1000 sound problems

Today I bought a DDJ1000. I installed everything, but unfortunately there is an audio distortion (it sounds like an imperfect contact). Distortion is heard only during the song and is heard at the same volume as the song. If the song is stopped, it will not be heard. The sound appears in all my melodies. The same distortion is heard in the headphones, so the output cable is not a problem. I use Macbook PRO model 2016 with MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

Have you tried more then one file?

DJ DENNIS

I tried and ran hundreds of files in about 3 hours

Hi. The problem persists! I installed what you asked for, but to no avail! I upgraded to MacOS Catalina (although I didn't want to do that, but I did it in the hope that I would fix the problem). I am very upset! If I fail to resolve the issue this week, I will return the controller ...

Can you post a recording of the distortion please?

DJ DENNIS

How can I do that? Can you give me an email address, or a whatsapp number?

I sent. I hope the file isn't too big, and it gets to you

Hello! Last night it seems that the e-mail remained and the year went to you! I sent it again now, and it shows me it's gone! Can you check and confirm if you received? Thanks!

Increase the latency in preferences/audio.  (576 (13,1 ms) works fine to me) Adjust that to your computer.

Hi there Pioneer friends! I have the same problem with my DDJ1000, sound distorced even after updated the audio 1.100 driver and firmware 1.12. Both distorcion occurs on rekordbox and Virtual DJ, when plug out the controller, audio turns to normal....is there a solution reported?

By the way, I have a Lenovo notebook with Windows 10 64b.

Have you tried disabling the Intel Turbo Boost? See this page; the easiest method is 2.2.

Luiz Urban

I'll try that and post here the result...Thanks a lot!
