Hi - Upgraded from the 909 and finding my way around the mixer.

Help.

In the utility tool it allows me to select 16 as a parameter for the ROLL FX (same as DJM 909), but once you save it and then try and utilise it on the mixer it reverts back to 8 (on the mixer and the utility tool!). Seems no way to get it to stick to 16? I have latest Firmware and Utility Tool.

In addition, the Roll effect (which was my favourite from the DJM 909) sounds clunky, for example when I max out Level/Depth there is a pause between each roll cycle. Feels like it is a backward step from 909, and whilst in Serato this is not an issue (you would just use loop), as a vinyl dj the Roll effect needs tightening (unless I am not operating correctly?)

Anyone from Pioneer able to help? Unable to actually use Roll Effect to 16 and the Roll itself is not smooth on THRU vinyl. The ten year old 909 was more effective for the ROLL FX on THRU settings.
