Rekordbox 4 history retention on USB

Hi,

After I sync my USB to RekordBox and backup set playlists etc, RB no longer leaves the play history on the USB.

It use to leave the play history on the device which I found helpful. It seem's to have stop retaining the set on the USB post export and syn around the release of 4.0 of RB.

My current solution has been to, simply convert the recorded play historys into playlist and export it to the device but I was hoping there was another way to retain past set's other than doing it manually and creating a playlist.

Is there a preference setting I'm missing? Please help :)
