Pioneer DDJ RB

I have Pioneer DDJ-RB Controller. But sometimes I have glitches and almost always in rekordbox up right corner my sound goes to the end, and almost always my sound is too quiet. Lights on controller are too low. Should I buy extra cable with double USB(one for laptop, one for adapter). If yes, which adapter should I use.
