DDJ 400 Headphones Master
Hey Forum, hey Pioneer Team!
I have recently bought a DDJ400 and when I first used them I realized, that I can't hear the Master Output through my headphones. I only get the Cue sound. When I turn the knob to Master I don't hear anything. Could you please tell me if there are problems with my setting or if there is something wrong with my controller?

Hey Christian,
Did you also press the master CUE button? If not, you won't hear the master audio in the headphones regardless of the position of the headphone cue mix knob:
First time I was using the controller I had the same "issue", this comment solved it quite easily 👍😁
