new problems with rekordbox

I have been using rekordbox for a long time and now all of a sudden with the latest release when i add a track to a playlist a second copy of the track is created in the root folder of the directory where the track resides.  I keep my collection and files all on an ext hardrive.  Seems that everytime rekordbox is releasing a fix they are messing something else up even worse.
