DDJ-SX2
Hey guys. Pioneer told to come on the forum to see if I can get faster help. Recently I was at a gig and the music stop coming to the controller. I can still control the laptop from the controller but I was not getting any type of music to the controller. No lights or anything.
I tried swapping usb cords but that didn't help. I also tried a factory reset that also did not help. Please help. Thank you in advance

What software are you running (Serato/rekordbox/Virtual DJ)?
I am running Serato
Can you check that the DDJ is NOT set as the default audio output device within the Audio MIDI Settings app > Audio Devices window? The computer's built-in speaker or output should be set for default output and system sounds. Sometimes if the SX2 is default, Serato can't take exclusive control and it won't work.
outputs are all in correct setting
