DDJ SR2 Hot cue Problem

Hello. I recently bought a second hand DDJ SR2 and having a problem setting hot cues on the left deck only. When I press any of the top 4 hot cue buttons to create a cur it saves the same cue into the whole top row. I have attached a link to a video for better explanation of my problem. I'm running the latest version of serato and most up to date driver for SR2. Is this something I can fix? Or shall I return the controller as it is still under warranty from the shop I bought it.
