DDJ RX Serious Fault

My DDJ RX will not turn on; only sign of life is flashing master level LEDs.

When it occasionally does, it will sporadically but severely glitch out and on the left deck only:

• Playback reverses
• Sequencer and sampler activate
• Vinyl mode toggles on/off
• FX activate
• Whole left deck becomes unresponsive, sometimes until unit is turned on/off again
• Probably much more, point is it becomes disruptive and unusable

This doesn't seem like a common issue, any help?
