Menu Buttons not functioning
Hi there,
I started up my XDJ-RX2 today and none of the buttons on the top (Browse/Tag List/Info/Menu are functioning. They seem fine and nothing has happened to the decks that is out of the ordinary recently. The set up is on current firmware as the first thing I tried was updating, but no dice.
All of the other buttons are functioning correctly just not these 4.
Any insight is appreciated! thanks!

@Nolan > Sorry to say our product team believes this is a hardware issue. If your hardware is new and within your store's return policy, you may inquire with them about a replacement, otherwise please contact an authorized repair centre in your region for servicing.
