Replacement part for DJM 800 Sound Color FX Pannel
Hey,
Been using a djm 800 for around two and a half years and love it. Recently (purely as a result of heavy use) the sound color FX buttons (especially the 'filter' button) have started to loosen around in their sockets. They sometimes no longer engage the filter or other effect when pushed. So basically they need to be replaced. I am wondering if someone from Pioneer tech support can tell me which part I need to order? I'm looking at the diagram here [http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com/files/153433531 000122010.pdf , looks to me as if the part needed is - 39 SET / Knob (HM) / DAC2302 - can someone please confirm ? can you guys explain to me why you refuse to ship the part I require to Canada?
@Logan > Try ordering the part through SF Marketing; they are Canada's service and parts distribution. There are too many hoops with regards to cross-border shipping and such.
