DDJ-800 Tempo Slider Issue

I am having issues with the right side DDJ-800 Tempo Slider. The Right Tempo Slider is unresponsive on the Rekordbox Software and on the Controller.  I did notice that upon initial boot up the MASTER TEMPO, KEY SYNC, and BEAT SYNC does not light up.

I have installed the latest firmware and drivers.

Any help will be appreciated.
