Tried to install the latest driver for this mixer and error message Installation Failed 002 comes up.  I've tried Run as administrator, but still no luck.

I tried using the earlier driver, but Serato keeps saying Failed to connect.  So I'm guessing that means I need the new driver.

Please help, this is really frustrating.

I would not recommend installing the drivers from some 3rd party website, download them from the official support page here.
