track moving to another folder -> losing all cues etc.
hi forum,
in my rb collection I have some folders.."soul", "hip hop" etc. ..
now that I prepared the tracks in the folders I want to organize the collection a bit more precisely and move some tracks to new folders.
problem: It seems impossible to move them to another folder without losing all the information (cues etc.)?! Is there a way?

Are you moving the audio files themselves or putting the songs from your collection into playlist folders?

yes, I`m moving the audiofiles themselves from one folder to another to organize my collection better (cue information gets lost that way). from my collection I´m dragging the tunes into the playlists.
Ah, in the case where you're moving the files, don't re-import them, simply use the relocate tool to match the collection entries to the files you have moved, and the cue points won't go missing.
