Can't calibrate CDJ 3000 screen
My CDJ 3000 seems to have an issue with its screen since updating to 1.22. When I try to calibrate, it just won’t recognise touches on top of the +. Normally, touching the screen doesn’t properly engage the part under my finger, but seems to be offset. I had the same issue with the other deck, but I reset to defaults and then it let me calibrate and now it’s fine. On this one, I’ve tried resetting to defaults, re-uploading the firmware, and I’m just not able to calibrate the screen.
Would love any ideas!

I'm sorry to hear about that - it could be an issue with the digitizer (the touch layer); please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
I pushed all the cables in harder, and now this seems to be fixed! A grounding issue maybe?
Weird! So glad it's working, but I wonder why that happened in the first place!
