Windows Drivers Not Recognizing DDJ SB2 Input Suddenly

Was recently playing and my SB2 totally stopped being recongized by Serato.

The driver in Device Manager states an error 10 about "The I/O device is configured incorrectly or the configuration parameters to the driver are incorrect.".

I have tried uninstalled and re-installing Serato and Pioneer software/drivers plenty of times to no avail. The controller works great on other computers.

I have reset the whole OS on the computer too and didnt work, as well as updating everything including drivers. Tried reaching out to Serato and Pioneer support who dont seem to know what is going on.
