DDJ RZX - Loading Song Error

Hello,

I have an issue whenever I attempt to load a song using the onboard controls it always "jumps" and selects a track above or below the track I am trying to load.

I tried to change settings where I press the knob down to load and the load button per each channel but get the same issues on both. 

Has anyone seen this in the past?
