Rekordbox doesn't recognize my DDJ-400 (I know it feels like everyone has already had this problem)

I've got the exact same problem as this post, just i have a DDJ - 400:

The problem is that i can't relunch a new windows version and i don't have another computer. Because yes, like him, with another computer, it works really well.

I tried to restart my computer several times, to uninstall driver and let windows install it alone, to install it by myself. 

I'm pretty lost and i'd loooove some help :3

If you have any idea, i'm ready to test it
