Rekordbox Mobile Unable to Import Any Songs

I have just started trying to use the Rekordbox mobile app (to no avail) and have run into an issue when attempting to import songs from iTunes. I do not have Apple Music Sync on so there are no issues with Apple Music or other DRM related issues. Upon importing the 6733 songs I receive an error saying that it could not import them because 2 of the songs didn't work (does not specify which songs and then proceeds to not install ANY of them). Trying to find a workaround I first tried going playlist by playlist (did not work) and then afterwards song by song only to realize that nothing will properly load in to the app. Can anyone offer potential workarounds or solutions to this issue? It makes the mobile app and the accompanying subscription completely useless.
