i connect my DDJ 400 to my new laptop (ISB 3.) it lights up after windows says the device is ready to use. However, when i launch rekordbox 6 it will not control the software
I have updated the firmware
It is not being recognised as a sound output when i go to the sound icon in the bottom right of the taskbar. I only see the internal speakers.

Windows is up to date
I have also updated the sound drivers etc.
Pioneer keep saying you don't need a specific driver as windows has what is required. if somebody could send me the driver i would be most grateful or of course offers another solution. Thanks in advance

If you're using a computer with an 11th generation Intel CPU, you may need to check your computer manufacturer's support page for updates for the BIOS and/or drivers, as there is a known issue which prevents 3rd party audio / MIDI devices from being detected by the system.
