Please help! Right jog wheel not working
Hello! I have a ddj400 that I JUST bought. My right jog wheel will not work. It doesn't scratch (I have vinyl mode enabled) when I try to search, the wheel does not want to move from the cue. I have tried midi shortcuts, I have tried a different USB port, I have it plugged in to a computer that supplies more than enough power. I have tried everything in the above mentioned. Please help me!!! I do not want to give up in mixing!!! Please help!!!

Does it function if you have one hand touching the laptop or faceplate of the DDJ while trying to scratch with the other?
