XDJ 1000 MK2 CPU ERROR, HELP
Hi pioneer support,
I just boght a pair of xdj 1000 mk2 and I update the firmware one of the decks, when I unplugged the usb drive the screen on the player went red with error "Main CPU error connect Usb storage device into Usb port.
I don't understand how this is a hardware problem when I was updating.
Unfortunately in this forum they said its not possible to factory reset on this model. I am so upset I just spend so much money on this and I can't find a solution I hope I don't have to send this back to pioneer please any ideas how to fix this?

That's a hardware fault; return it to the retailer for an exchange or refund. Sorry!
