Rekordbox Tracks on USB drive are quieter than on hard drive

Rekordbox Tracks on USB drive are quieter than on hard drive

So I just exported a Playlist to my USB and i noticed that some songs are way quieter on it, than on my hard drive and the waveforms seems to have shrunken aswell.

Any ideas to why that is?
